The customer service rep was extremely nice to the man ahead of me , answering all of his questions and spending lots of time . Once I got to the front , he was so rude and short and just telling me where to sign and not caring about anything I asked . I felt rushed and brushed off and it annoyed me so much . As a women , I still have the same needs !!! The drop off was way better , nicer women greeted me and man took my van to end the transaction
