On the UHaul website, I consistently failed to receive payment reminders for most months, despite the website saying that I'd be sent such reminders every month. Contacting UHaul support didn't fix this issue. I don't know what's wrong with UHaul's backend servers, but this needs to be fixed.

However I am disappointed of the pricing of the unit bc I have a another storage w U-Haul in a different location same size but much lower. I wonder why that is?
