l'accès au sous sol n'est pas facile, n'a pas d'ascenseur ou monté charge ,juste des escaliers ce qui n'est pas facile et pas bien pour site d'entreposage d'objets. je ne reviendrai plus dans ca uhaul
Francois c | Overall ExperienceI was over charged a months rent and not reimbursed. It was impossible to get in contact with the U Haul location after trying for 2 months. U Haul tried to overcharge me again and then I was finally removed as a tenant but have not been paid back the rent I was wrongfully charged.

J’ai contacté Uhaul à tous les numéros 1-800 Je fus en attente pendant 1h. Photo à l’appui. Veuillez me contacter au lieu d’envoyer dès évaluations. Svp demander à un gestionnaire de me contacter au lieu d’avoir à discuter avec des employés sans pouvoir décisionnels.
Marie D | First ImpressionsJ ai payé plus de 150$ par moi pendant plus de 2 ans. Mon untité etait toujours bloquer par un camion, remorque ou autre. Meme lorsque finalement j y avais acces, on me demandais de me tasser pour faire de la place. Jamais je ne pourrai recomander à personne.

Thomas D | Overall ExperienceGot a rep with attitude cause she could understand that I came in last month to fix a double payment on one of my two lockers that I wanted to pay both for the month a head. Thing is there was a glitch on there own website when I got to pay the second locker it prepaid the same one again! Could undo it and had to waste a couple of hours to drive to, wait and explain everything to the clerk at the counter that she had to remove the late fees do to all this nonsense! Back to square one a month later, Secondly, at first visit my wife found mousetraps on second floor hallways that made us second guess storing all of our valuable belongings here. Now yesterday we installed mousetraps and not 24hrs later we caught one in our locker on the second floor!! Manager gave me one month free on one locker but let’s get real here if we get mouse crap 💩 all over, my two 3500$ leather sofas and 1000$ mattresses get mouse wholes all over it’s not a one 206$ free month that will cover anything!! Should look elsewhere for storage!! Install LED lighting in lockers, it’s pitch dark! Garage door access impossible to back a trailer flush to, with there parking lot layout and multiple levels make moving furniture and appliances difficult even on the first floor! Second floor accessibility by stairs only!
