Staff was very nice. The space was hard to move into. The hallways are very narrow.

You would need to carry your heavy items through a narrow lane before you can get to the storage area. Upon renting the unit customer service failed to point out this detail. The parking space is limited and crowed it.. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Aide H | Overall ExperienceI was not a happy client at this location access to my unit was always blocked and could never have a clear space for my car to off load and pick up even after I spoke with the owner and he told me that it would be clear so I could get my things it was still blocked and the enter gate was always blocked with a car or a garbage container and had to squeeze in the open back gate to enter horrible place and experience

maria j | First ImpressionsThe facility is well maintained and staffed. My major complaint is that I was charged for a additional month of rent. I moved out of the rental before the due date with a zero balance owed on my move out record receipt. Getting a refund for this is very difficult. I have made numerous calls to the customer service lines with no results. Almost a month later I still have not resolved this. Therefore, I can't refer them to someone else.
