anthony t | First ImpressionsI initially had one unit there and I needed to get a larger unit unit so I went in and obtained a larger unit. Couple of days later when I went back in to go move my things from my old unit into the new unit. The new unit had a lock on it, and somebody else had moved in. I was told there was some confusion and that the cleaning lady had to move out on my unit and that unit unit wasn’t available no more and they had to give me a new unit. Extremely unprofessional as the original unit was supposed to have away when it was indeed mine as part of the contract contract. a few weeks later, I moved all my stuff into now another new unit that I was given. Walked up to the manager, gave him the unit number. I moved out of and told him I did move out. The next day I came to put some thing in my new unit which now all my belongings were in and I went to go use my code and it told me I had no access. Walked into the store, told the assistant manager, what was going on and he told me that someone did a move out on my brand new unit that I just put all my items in yesterday. Only happen to me the first time thank God none of my items were in that unit, but my unit was given to somebody else. Then it happened to me again at this time all of my items were in the unit and they didn’t move out. Cannot be more stressed about having my items here until I find a new storage facility that I can trust because obviously you can’t trust U-Haul. I’ve also wrote the manager of the region as she was the first one who took over the first incident and she has not wrote me back.
