In most ways, especially those listed, it was a great experience. My one issue for not recommending the facility was the pesticides used. I had no warning that this was going to happen and all my stuff smells horrible now. Now I have the task of trying to get the chemical smell out of everything, which may not be totally possible. I hope nothing is ruined.

Lahoma s | Overall ExperienceI got a printed map of the location of my storage unit, which was very helpful. What would have been even more helpful would have been full access instructions. For example, I didn't realize I needed to swipe my new access card to 'sign in' to the building, so my first access to the storage area set off the alarm. Also, I don't understand when I need to use my access card within the building, as I move from one area to another.
