Locks and doors are quite sturdy and secure, would be hard to break into. Facility itself is secure. Owners are awesome people and popped out on 2 or 3 occasions when I messed up and didn't have my key or something similar.

The owner was exceptionally kind helpful polite cooperative amazing deals and seemed genuinely happy to have my Business I received a larger unit for the same price as a smaller without even asking. Everything was just so easy. I won't ever use anywhere else and will only ever recommend West bank self storage. The units were large dry clean 100% saccess to the units was extremely easy. This is the way businesses should be run in my opinion there's no question in my mind as to why they're so successful.
