It took me three times to close my storage rental. Moved out of unit February 14th (this text says I moved out March 20th). I contacted customer service at time of vacating. Was told it was done. March 1st i get message i owe for March, I call again & am told its done. Get email on intent to lein March 15. I call a third time, get Robert in customer service again, he was very nice, & again am told its taken care of. Will see. Was never able to contact uhaul on 35th, no answer & was sent to customer service each time. Everyone is short on help but this was frustrating. I'm hoping I don't get notified i still owe down the road. Until I moved out billing was fine & no problems.

SCOTT MERCADO | Overall ExperienceThe doors were constantly broken. After hours was cancelled soon after we rented our unit. Access cards never worked so I always had to wait in a very long line to get help. This place is understaffed and poorly maintained. Elsewhere we found a drive up garage that is twice the size of the two units we were renting for the same price.

My other storage unit was horrible and I had such a positive experience checking in with them to pick up my rental truck that I called back to see if they had any available units and they quickly helped save the day! Seriously went above and beyond to turn what could've been a horrible moving day into an incredibly easy experience. They even gave me a discount to enroll for multiple months at a time. The facility was so much better than I expected, I wish I had just booked with them from the start. Thanks so much!!

I booked a truck to move and reserved a unit for storage and the folks behind the desk helped me all along the way. The unit was secure, they made security measures clear and provided a unit that was so easily accessible for the heavy boxes I was storing. They even picked a number for me that was easy to remember! Meghan Ames | Overall ExperienceManager recognized a mischarge for a late payment (I had established automatic payment) but would not simply refund the mischarge-- wanted me to come in and work it into my next payment. I cancelled what was going to be a least a 12-month lease and rented a truck from someone else. At least two more truck rentals (including a long distance move) will be from a competitor. Do not contact me.
