Not fond of the steep hill. Bad lication in terms of highway accessibility, in my opinion. My unit had a hole in the ceiling and a rat trap. It’s an outside unit so it’s not the worst thing in the world and I’m thankful that there was a trap placed there. The unit is pretty easy to access, however there are boats parked next to it so it’s difficult to back the car up to the door. Have to park along the building. Not a dealbreaker, but would be better if the boats parked along the fence rather than sticking out, as there seems to be plenty of room to do so.

The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the inconvenience of having to travel 3 miles from the storage unit to the office to complete paperwork (it was not clear that we needed to go to a different location), and then drive 3 miles back to the storage unit to empty the items from the trailer, and then travel 3 miles back to the office again to drop off the trailer.
