When we went to pick U-Haul and get items out of storage to move nobody was there to open the store!! Appointment was at 8am and nobody arrived until 10am and that was after I called customer service! No discount was offered or anything and there were about five other people waiting as well!

I used U-Haul Storage for 30 days. From the 1st day to the last, I visited the storage facility 4 times and each visit was excellent with staff addressing any questions or problems that I had.

The uhaul storage facility is infested with roaches, and I feel I should be reimbursed for the bug removal products I'm definitely going to have to buy after using your facility.

Jeffery assisted me in storing my items, answered any questions and was always there to help whenever I had to get something from my ubox. Every store needs a Jeffery. Thank you, -Andy Cannizzaro Sa

Truck broke down and they still have my property. want me to pay to get property back from their storage. when it wasn't suppose to be at their storage. it suppose to be at my storage building.
