unknown U | Overall ExperienceBad experience on the uhaul on Bernie Ave Springfield Massachusetts. Not very helpful. Need to empty storage spoke to manager told him I need to rent a truck to empty my storage and he made the paperwork I paid for the truck for then he can tell me by the way elevator is broken. Smh Prices very depending on who's on the counter.
