DAWN S | First ImpressionsI went into the office and inquired about a unit. I was told there was only an RV spot. I drove 10 mins away, checked online and there were 2. Called and was told to book it online. Did that, drove back and was told they had become available after I walked out. It wasted my time, my gas, and stressed me out more. Is this your normal practice of business?

I have rented many times. From many locations. I am a hearing impaired individual. She was lovely and took the time I needed. I Felt extremely confident in this location. Wonderful place. Very nice units. I previously booked an out door unit in Kamloops I was treated so rudely and poorly right away. I was shaking so badly when trying to write down information, he was soooo Ruid. I couldn't even bother telling him, I am a hearing individual, so I wrote whatever on the form, because I was really bothered by his rudeness. It was uncomfortable. Thank you

HELEN G | Overall ExperienceJust the cost. $160 per month just seemed a little excessive for a 5x9 unit. That's really my only "complaint" And not really much of a complaint as an observation. Not a single time was I ever concerned about the safety of my belongings and that sense of security may well have been worth the cost. Thank you for just about a year's worth of storage.
