I made a double payment last year so I can pay on every first. It went well for awhile,then one of your staff members got it taken care of then we r at square one again. It's becoming a pain in the butt. I need to have your staff know that I pay on the 1st of each month.

rhod l | First ImpressionsI did an online reservation and payment yet it still took an hour onsite to check in. Staff was incompetent and need training! They were over staffed with none knowing what to do, just standing around. I rented at this location because of the drive in access to feel safe. But you can't use the drive in access because uhaul is using it to store their own vehicles. They told me due to theft and didn't know when drive in access would be available again. Why didn't you tell me that BEFORE I rented?! I literally moved out of one storage facility into this one for that very reason of safety!!! Ridiculous
