Nice people and the storage clean

The few times I had trouble getting in the gate I was immediately helped did not matter what day or time it was they were right there to fix it! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend circle self storage for all your storage needs!!

I chose them because there are actual people in the office if you need to talk to someone and it also means there are people there for security reasons as well. It has a good secure fence around the entire facility with cidded gate entrance and exit. The units are always clean with no insect or rodent issues. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

Also disappointed that the final month was not prorated as we moved out two weeks before our "paid time" was up. Thank you for your service

I only marked that I didn’t find the facility and office hours convenient based on a singular issue - the office hours are M-F with a phone number left at the exit key key pad should there be an issue with the gate. However, when we did have an issue, the number was not valid. Overall though, the facility was well maintained, easy to get to, comparatively priced.
