quailee h | First ImpressionsI’m writing this in order to bring it to the attention of upper management as the cleanliness of the storage unit was not only extremely unacceptable, but also a health risk. I’m extremely disappointed and upset upon entering my unit and discovering trash, multiple cigarettes scattered around the unit, as well as having it smell absolutely horrendous. As a combat veteran who served his country, I expected U-Haul to serve me with cleanliness, dignity, and respect. Obviously I wasn’t met with that and will further take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
