Len H | First ImpressionsPlease update your site. I was offered l month of free storage, as a I had rented a truck (a one way rental). I reserved a rental locker (small), based on the offer of one free month, and I was told I would not have to pay until 4 weeks later. At the counter, I was then charged $89.99. When I asked why I was being charged $89, the gentleman told me “oh that isn’t offered anymore”. Additionally, I was also trying to add insurance to the locker rental, and kept hitting the “add insurance” button, and that didn’t work. When I questioned my difficulties, I was told once again “oh, they don’t offer that anymore.” If the so-called incentives that are mentioned on your website - “free storage for a month, and insurance recommendations” are “no longer valid” then please remove them. This is actually false advertising, and had I known ahead of time, that these perks were no longer offered, I would have gone somewhere else to find storage. Please note that I was happy with the service I received from Ian (@ Sidney, BC location), but very disappointed with the false advertising.

Only problem was there is no light inside the storage area. If I need to store anything I will be back. Oh and I like it when the payment is made by taking out of my account. It made my life easier. GAIL H | Overall ExperienceApart from my setting off the alarm a few times (forgot my password; and on checking out again, I tried the very clean washroom access instead of punching my number into the departure number code!) this was exactly what I needed while downsizing between my too large mansion to my new much smaller condo suite. The only catch - it is a very popular place and there can be (usually is) a waiting list for storage. Thanks U-Haul.
grant m | Overall ExperienceThe storage units were unlit which was annoying when trying to find a particular item or when loading and unloading. The manager indicated they were instructed to remove the lights. This was an internal unit so challenging to see what one was doing.
