PAMEILA M | Overall ExperienceMold. Everything I had stored was covered in mold. They cited non liability as per contract and I’m at fault due to declining their insurance. One month AFTER reporting the mold in their facility, NOTHING had been done to remedy the mold situation at hickory road storage. They will also charge you a month ahead and increase prices whenever they feel like it. The lady working the office is nice with a kind warming smile and for that reason alone I’ll leave a three out of ten.
