Pedro B | Overall ExperienceMy main reason for leaving was the change in access hours to my unit. The contents of my storage were for a local nonprofit. With access hours on a Sunday only until 5pm and most Community events lasting past 5pm, I was prevented access to the storage unit. This is something for uhaul to consider in the future. It is extremely inconvenient. Staff was very polite and helpful otherwise.

I’m a ditz and a total pain in the butt as a customer. I know I can be difficult but never once did any of the staff at this location make me feel like I was being difficult. They’re all great and I will continue to both use and refer your services.
