Donald F | Overall ExperienceIt doesn’t matter if you’re coming, going, or haven’t figured it out yet, the store-n-lock is the place to go. They’ve got super convenient hours, rentals, and the storage unit was very clean and well maintained. The staff is as friendly as your favorite grandparent is on your birthday. 11/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Phillip S | Overall ExperienceI hear the parking lot will be paved which should eliminate the gravel dust. each time I visited my car had to be washed and also cleaned inside from the gravel dust. each unit’s door is covered in spider webs which means there are lots of spiders that get into the stored items and carried home. I had some in my car from transporting. Something should be done to mitigate the spiders.

Christopher C | Overall ExperienceHad unit for 5.5 years. Was satisfactory and clean except for mice. There were mouse droppings all over my stuff when moving out and two dead mice in the unit that I found. Fortunately, so far, they did not get into too much stuff. Definitely in some boxes and mouse urine on many boxes and cloth covers over furniture. Please do more to get rid of the mice. Decon works great and I should have used some in the unit and so should you, the storage owners.
