there was water dripping from above and all my boxes were wet, then it was difficult to make claims for my wet items.

Florence E | Overall ExperienceMy family is devastated after a huge financial loss after storing my entire belongings in U-Haul. My unit got broken into and vandalized by damage and theft 7 hours after moving in. NO cameras caught anything. NO alarms went off. NO police were called from the video monitoring that was advertised. I am out thousands of dollars and irreplaceable items from passed away family members. Perhaps U-Haul would consider a refund to help make up for our devastating losses. I can never get my father’s tool box back. And ALL the parts for our beds etc were also in there so currently we have no beds and many other things.

Also the alarm system in the building continued to ring when I opened my storage unit, so annoying and loud. However no one came to the facility while it was ringing, which was in the evening. Perhaps when I was assigned another unit the system wasn’t updated?
Carmela A | First ImpressionsNeed to maintain lock storage unit sales held by costomers. First 2 out of 3 lockers I was issued was taken by another customer. I personally had to walk around warehouse to confirm which locker was actually available. This should not be the responsibility of customer but the uhaul staff to confirm which lockers was actually available.
tommy m | Overall ExperienceThe facility was excellent. It was very easy to access and check in / check out was a breeze. However, my over all experience was very disappointing. I rented a UHaul truck to move my items to and from storage. When I initially arranged the storage unit I was unable to process the “free month storage rental” promotion. I contacted the general manager on May 27th and was assured this promotion would be applied to my June payment, which did not happen. I contacted the general manager again on June 27th when the payment was processed but to date have not received a response. I moved my items out of storage on August 19th.

Easy to book a unit, helpful and informative staff available by phone. Only reason I’m moving out is because I’ve moved to a home with a large basement for storage. Will definitely think of UHaul again if I ever need a storage unit. I will also recommend this facility to anyone I know in need of storage. I use UHaul for all my moving and storage needs.
Rachel P | Overall ExperienceNeeded the date changed rom aug 8 to august 1. wouldn't let me. I have rooms 2320 and 2322 and now there's another storage room for me. Probably at an additional cost. Now only gives me a week free not a month. And you can't get a hold of anyone there. Been 2 days and not 1 person has responded

Helen C | Overall ExperienceThe lock off of my locker was cut off. They had told me on end of May but I told them I was moving in July so can I please just leave it so I didn’t have to buy a new lock. When I went to go and start my move, no one had text or left a message saying, by the way we asked you to remove your lock and you didn’t, we have replaced it. Had I had at least a couple days notice my move could’ve gone a little bit smoother.
