Experience was fine--until on 8/18/2020 my credit card was charged $212.60 (an additional month's storage) two days AFTER the unit was emptied, cleaned out, and a face-to-face return to inventory completed at the front office. Today is 8/24/2020 and yet, after a second face-to-face office visit, I'm still waiting for a full credit/charge back to my card--a process that takes less than 5 minutes. A billing error is understandable, but failure to provide a prompt refund is intolerable. Forcing me to become an unwilling money lender turned what would have been a 5* rating into 2*.

Not often do I rate a business at this level. Wendell Pickett and staff are an asset to Uhaul. We have been a storage (4 units) and truck renter (will continue) for 4 years! You could have a better team. As a business owner I would use their facility as a training ground for potential managers. 6 Stars!

Great service but mos importantly great people. I recommend them and I will continue using them every time I can.

This U Haul facility is excellent in every way. I just moved my belongings out after 8 years with not one bug and no dust! The floor outside and inside my unit was spotless! All employees over my 8 years there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

THe card yeilded an access denied I call no answer I emailed- no response after 16 hours since phone call.. Possibly access was cut short earlier than listed on document. Arrived at 9:30 after spending exhausting day and night tryignt o relocate form another unit..that give free 24hr access- #sucks but people and owner were respectful friendly and accommodating shame this happened still no where near the worst I've seen

I checked out on my "rental due date" and the facility is trying to charge me for the month ahead

I have been a Uhaul customer for a very long time and I can tell you everyone at this location is awesome! They are professional and helpful. Moving is already a task so having people who are understanding and helpful makes that part of the process a little less stressful. I definitely recommend this location to others.
