Al C. | First ImpressionsThere were several billing errors over the last couple years - where my auto pay settings were randomly turned off. Then U-Haul was very aggressive about calling & sending mail to every address on file. I got passed between corporate and the local site because no one could update my profile or see an audit trail to see what happened to my account. This happened again at the end of my contract - I cancelled, got confirmation from the manager that things were complete, only to be charged again the next month. When they charged me they also called and mailed my secondary person on file. Storage facility was good. Website not good. Checkout/closing experience (after multiple years using this storage) was very bad.
