I showed up at 7 pm with my truck ready to unload and found I could only enter through the small door, so I was unable to bring my furniture in. Thus, I had to pay for another day of truck rental.

roslieide S | Overall ExperienceStorage was fine but walls were not. Accessibility was horrible, they should make another door at the back of the building. If i knew it was that far from the gate I would never ever rented it. The staff was really rude the couple of times at first but then it got wayyy better with kind people up in the front. I would recommend the store to someone but i would tell them to not get the once in the back. You have to walk all the way to the back to carry everything.
