NO help from onsite cashier of the gas station. AGAIN, the reservation was changed with NO choice from me. Reservations are supposed to be what the CUSTOMER reserves, NOT what the service provider decides they want AFTER the reservation has been made. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. Hopefully I will never have to use U-Haul again.

Richard AIt was good for me.
William GI liked your old way of doing gas. It's full when you pick it up and it's full when you return it. The new by phone way was a bit to get used to and the retal dealer was not very helpful in explaining how it worked.
Kevin LI definitely need to qualify my answers!! First of all, the same 10' truck was rented to 2 different people. The other people didn't show up, so we got it, but I'd hate to be those other people. This i not the fault of the location but moreso the fault of the system. Secondly, the truck was a bit dirty on the inside of the cab. There was an empty cup, a fork, some debris on the floor, and some schmutz on the cupholders. This is the only thing that maybe could have been better on the part of this location. Our other main issue was the poor man at the checkout was having issues with the tablet, both on checkout and checkin. I do not fault him. He kept getting error messages and things not working correctly. Obviously, at a satellite location like this, they need more training. I don't fault the worker. I fault uhaul. It took probably a good 15-20 minutes to get the truck, not including the stuff I had to do through the web link, and almost 30 minutes to return it. The guy had to call uhaul to get it taken care of. And while he's trying desperately top help me, he was trying to check out customers in the convenience store of the gas station. Technology is great, except when it's not. He got error messages no matter what he tried. I do not fault the worker for most of our issues, so he deserves nothing but praise for trying to get through a very difficult situation, but my husband and I spent way too much time at that gas station trying to get and return the truck.
