We were set to pick up at the Quality Buffer in Draper. When I arrived there was no one there to assist. The sign on the window said they were open at 8 but this was not the case. When I went to try to get the truck I was not able to proceed because the person I spoke to when I made the reservation put it under a different name. This delayed our day 45 minutes because they would not let me get the truck because my name did not match the order. Finally I was able to change the name myself on the app with no help from any one on uhauls side. I asked for help on the phone and via chat and I was referred to do it myself or work with the buffer place to get it fixed and again the buffer place was not open like it was suppose to be. It was overall not a good experience. I have worked with uhaul multiple times and this is by far the worst experience I have had which was really disappointing.
