So many vehicles, couldn't figure out where to place trailer without assistance. Was a very low priority to staff at location, other customers seemed more important. A display of Palestinian flags made me feel very uneasy and unwelcome and implied they have an anti-Semitic, anti-Israel personnel view. It was a very upsetting and offensive environment.

Big honesty problem with the dealer. I used the U-Haul for a distance of 50km, and was charged for 200 km. When I complained, I was told it was my fault, and it was up to me to check the mileage before taking the truck. I admit I was foolish! I thought the company was honest with its customers and I didn't bother to take a photo of the vehicle's mileage. The dealer just gave me the vehicle and said, "Go ahead, you can go!" My advice to you: Implement a process that prevents this kind of scam. 1- Give the customer a receipt with the mileage before they take the vehicle, 2- Go check the accuracy of the mileage in the vehicle, and with the dealer present, 3- Sign the receipt to confirm agreement and that the information's accuracy has been verified by the customer themselves. 4- Upon the vehicle's return, do the same thing and sign a document that proves the mileage was noted in the presence of the dealer.
Mehdi D.My comments are not about the specific location but about UHAUL in general. My experience with UHAUL was absolutely terrible. I booked for pick up at a large Uhaul dealer (which always has many many trucks available) near me and for drop off at a location closest to my destination. Everything was fine until the day before my pick up when I got a call from a rather rude and condescending kid from UHAUL saying that there were no trucks at my booked pick up point (WHAT?....I could see them as they are close to my house) and that I had no choice but to drive all the way across the city to pick up a truck at another location. I was told by the rude kid on the phone that it is no big deal that he was sending me across the city in the wrong direction because he was going to be generous and give me an extra credit for the extra miles/kilometers. Because there was not time left to change providers I had to agree to the change. Not only was this a huge waste of my time to drive all the way across the city to pick up and drive back, the extra kilometer credit the rude kid offered was not on my file at all so this cost me extra money not only for kilometers but also for the extra fuel costs I had to pay to relocate YOUR truck. What is worse is that there were AT LEAST 8 trucks of the size I wanted still sitting in the lot when I drove by mid afternoon after my return from dropping off my truck at the other location. It was completely clear to me and my whole family that UHAUL simply screwed me over and changed my pick up location because they wanted ME to relocate YOUR truck. The actual place I picked up at was fine and the staff good but UHAUL as a company is an absolute useless joke which simply treat their customers as an afterthought and as a tool to relocate UHAUL assets for their own purposes. Not to mention extorting extra costs from customers by forcing them to drive more distance and waste more fuel.
