Arcely MI had the rental set up for the U-Haul in Sioux City on Gordon Drive when I got there they informed me I couldn't rent from them because they only did local rentals went across town to Groetken to get the trailer and find out that the one on Gordon Drive would get the commission off of the rental and they would't even give me a trailer. Think you might want to see how many times they do this....
gary wThere was ice cream or some food item spilled on the passenger side floor. Ordered 2 utility dollie carts and 36 blankets and they were not in the vehicle. Check engine light was also on. Called into the 800 number and they told me not to worry and I can call back if I run into any issues. Not what I want to hear when I’m ready to move a family member 1,000 miles away.
