Mark B.I won't be recommending or using uhaul again. I didn't get upset when I picked up the truck and the total was $22 more than what the website said online, but I am upset after returning the truck. I wasnt allotted enough miles so I apparently went over by 14 even though we didn't go out of the way at all and was charged for extra miles. I was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean. Top it all of with i didn't even get a courtesy text or call, just an emailed reciept of charges. Nope, won't use this company again.
