The time to pick up the truck
Patrick BFirst uhaul rental, tire pressure indicator was on, last uhaul rental check engine light was on. The agent at the rental outlet asked me if I will have theuhaul back by the morning, I said yes it will be back tonight. I asked where should I park it, she told me on the lot and drop the keys in the drop box.i dropped the truck off at 6:30pm after the outlet closed. I get the final invoice in my email the next day, and there was an extra charge of $20 for dropping it off after hrs??? REALLY? was not informed of this, the agent didn't inform me of this Very poor customer service in my opinion

Connie HTrailer was covered in 6 inches of snow and ice, number plate was missing, tie down straps on the drivers side badly worn and the ramps didn't match - one solid and one perforated, not good for loading cars in slippery conditions.
