For some reason, the agent charged me $48.52 but Haul charged me over $55. He didn't understand why and said my credit card probably charged me extra and I needed to contact them. Once I did the credit card company informed me they did NOT add a few to the haul rental. So my money is just gone bye bye. But great customer service experience with gentleman at Second Chance Auto on Oglethorpe Blvd, Albany GA.

I was very disappointed with the first location I was given to pick up the trailer. I was driving 80 miles to pick up the trailer before they closed at 5pm. About half way their I called the uhaul site to make sure I had the correct directions to get there. A woman answered and after she confirmed the directions she told me the man that does the rentals had already gone for the day. I asked her what I was suppose to do, and she hung up on me. When I called the uhaul help line they were very helpful in getting me another trailer pick up. Drop off agent in Nashville was very nice as well.

The location was a small used car lot that was unattended when we arrived. Our reservation location and time were changed by a voice message from a Uhaul marketing company and we could not get through the hold wait to speak with customer service. The driver's door would not close properly on the 10' truck, so it rained on my left arm during several thunderstorms. On the plus side, it ran strong and the cargo area was clean

The U-Haul rep did not know how to do the military discount, and told me to call customer service. When I contacted customer service I was told the local rep had to process the discount. I had to drive down the corporate U-Haul building to have that rep make the reservation and drive back to this location to get my equipment. Please make sure all reps are trained on processing discounts.

Revoke the UHaul franchise from the irresponsible, slovenly, discourteous individual who rents UHaul vehicles at 615 W. Oglethorpe in Albany, Georgia. I have never had such a thoroughly unpleasant experience with a provider in my life. I called on May 28 to report my experience. A customer service rep named Judy allegedly wrote a summary of my experience and promised that a "district manager" would telephone me within a few days to hear my concerns. Today is June 9 and I have not yet heard from the "district manager" or anyone else at UHaul.

This is a small used car lot that also serves as a satellite U-Haul branch. While helpful, he pointed out that the main U-Haul store was a few blocks down the road, as if I were in the wrong location. (I purposely did not select the other U-Haul location due to negative reviews.)

The service at the location was above average. The extra equipment that was requested was left behind and we had to turn around to get it. I also had a problem with the return time. I pick up at 10:36 am and was told to return at 10:30 am the next day. But the txt that was communicated through uhaul was for me to return at 12:00 pm and the dealer didn't want to honor that

When dropping off trailer, the guy opened the back and before he could even get it 1/4 of the way opened, said "that'll be a $15 charge". For what? Because the moving blankets we used were not folded and put into a bag that we were given. NOT TRUE and we were accused of lying! When we picked up the trailer, the blankets were tossed in there with NO BAG and no instructions were given to fold and put into a bag that we didn't have. Also, apparently we were only given 10 blankets when paid for 12, and the man at drop off wanted to charge us for the 2 that we "stole". What use do we have for moving blankets we explained....eventually after arguing he didn't charge us for the two blankets. The pickup of trailer was difficult and the drop off of the trailer was absolutely horrific. Way to start off my move to Albany GA by getting accused of lying and stealing from a UHaul employee!

I had to leave the trailer without checking it in with anyone. I call the agent several times but he never showed up. I left the trailer and place the plug in the key drop box.
