The back of the truck was dirty, female manager said it was ok to bring it back dirty, which I did not do! Also, I drove the truck 7 miles, put in $4 worth of gas and she charged me another 2.3 gallons for a total of $10.93. 3 1/2 gallons for 7 miles, that's a rip-off.

Fuel gauge is a pain in the ass to gauge. I did the math and figured I went 20 miles so two gallons should suffice if the vehicle gets 10 miles to the gallon. I'm pretty annoyed. Probably won't use you guys again.

The person kept being snotty when asked questions about billing and prices. He was rude and inconsiderate.

I was told my tank was on "full" so when I went to refuel the tank I "filed it up" which cost me $24. Not okay for two reasons; 1. I only traveled 7 miles according to the odometer and 2. when I first took possession of the uhaul that tank was right below the "F" yest after dumping $24 in the tank that evening the line was now clearly PASSED the "F" and truly full.
