Charged me $103 fee to drop off a trailer with the truck we rented. U-Haul wanted us to drive a hr and half to another location. They said it was the closest U-Haul location. But the truck had to go to this location. Totally unfair and a scam to make extra money. I will Be talking to the field manager from U-Haul and disputing the charges…..

Daniel SI was told the office would be open and could do a person to person rental. I arrived at my appointed time and even tho it was during open hours and a sign in window said open no one was there.
