The truck was parked right up against the fence so I couldn't inspect it for damage before I left plus the rear view mirror was up against the fence. The inside has dirt and dead grass on the floorboard and spilt soda around the cup holder. The back of inside was also not swept out and had ropes still attatched to the wall on the side.

linda P.Online reservation included rental insurance and was asked by the agent if I wanted to cancel the insurance during pickup. It was such an odd question and not typically that I agreed to it which became a mistake.
Kevin K.The truck was very dirty and had trash inside. No gas in the tank at all. Check engine light was on, blowing white smoke anytime we accelerate. Reached out to customer service for a credit and they couldn't provide anything.
