I was reassigned this location 2 days prior of scheduled pickup. Raul from Arizona Gold & Silver called 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup to advise they would be closing early and I would need to come within next 2 1/2 hours in order to do an in person pickup. Only other option was too use 24/7 pickup via the app which worked poorly. It took over an hour with customer service to complete pickup. Once home with the truck we discovered the 2 dozen packing blankets ordered & charged for were nowhere to be found. Not a strong start to getting on the road.

When asked in store before making payment I was asked if I would like to add on additional coverages..for example the insurance and other protection fees I said no more than once since I was only going to have the vehicle for a few hours. Was not told the total before purchasing and realized after I left the lot that I was charged for all the extra stuff I said I did not want. I was pressed for time so went ahead and finished the job I needed to use the truck for. About 2 hours later when I turned in the vehicle I questioned the guy on why I was charged the additional stuff that I clearly said no to when asked and he basically told me that it was done and paid for, and that I wouldn’t be receiving any of that money back. I do not like being scammed or tricked and I feel that they did nothing to actually help resolve this matter. I am unsatisfied with the customer service.
cristofer r1st location I went to was closed for holidays (this is the location I was informed to go to). UHAUL had no idea they were going to be closed. 2nd location: I was told to go to instead didn't have a record of the "new" pickup location. Arrived at 11:55 a.m. and closed at noon. Said they had no record of it. I called UHAUL and after the customer service rep discussed over the phone with me, had me hook up the trailer that was in AZ Gold & Silver's lot by myself in the rain. 3rd location: Had to stop by there to get the blankets I ordered.

Karam HWorst experience I have ever had. People were not there to receive truck so I was charged for 2 extra days. Took them 3 days to check truck in and only because corporate had to get a hold of the people. They also have the wrong company listed as the receiving party. We were told it was Unique Finds, but this survey says AZ gold and silver. No communication from you guys. I will never rent from UHaul again.
