Joy BThe trailer I rented was full of oil and grease. Your computers were out so I had to wait for a long time then they had an alert on the computer and said they couldn’t rent to me. Which was your mistake. When I got the trailer to where I needed to pick up the car one of the front tire tiedowns had been cut and was unusable. I spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to come and fix it. I finally had to ask for a supervisor. When they came they did not notify me they fixed it and then texted me 20 minutes later.

Tom GI’m upset. We went to pick up our truck at 9 am at a different location. The truck wasn’t there. I had to drive across town to pick up another truck and at that location he was running late so we were late. I’m very unsatisfied.
