the pick up location put 2 extra days on our contract and made us to believe we would absolutely be reimbursed if we did not use the extra 2 days. At the drop off point, we were told no. Very disappointed over this. So, we were charged the $20 a day plus $8 a day for the insurance. I want a refund on the last 2 days. We were scheduled to be back at destination on 19th and actually arrived on 17th. Returned trailer on 18th.

Make your rates more competitive. My niece rented from another U-haul for half the cost the next weekend. You'd get more business from word of mouth on being reasonable. Now the other U-haul will get the business.

Went to pickup trailer and the front door was locked. They had me go around where the people that are going for the auction go. Had to wait because the people running the auction are pre occupied with auction people. Wasn't a place I would go again, very unorganized and stuff scattered everywhere. When I talked to the person incharge he said I had to have the trailer back by 3pm. I told him okay, but when I returned the trailer around there was no one there. It was all closed up. I called the number but it was just a message about the auction business. The sign on the door said they were open till 1:30pm. I returned the trailer at 12 noon. I called uhaul and told them I just left it in the parking lot. I took pictures just for my safety that it was returned. Hopefully no one would hook up to it and drive off. I didn't feel comfortable just leaving it there like that, but yet I didn't want to be charged for bring iy back late. If you want to speak to me you can contact me you can call me at 661 378-8644.
