No attendant on site to confirm all good with pickup. Did it over phone. Hard to understand. Tail light on trailer was burnt out. Was told not an issue.
Adam Z.Truck body floor had a huge hole in it that was covered by a piece of wood... My 20 year old son fell through the hole and needed to be bandaged up.. I have notified the U-HAUL location and the truck has been sent for repairs.. When I told the staff at UHAUL about this they asked me to call head office and did not help any further... I will not be using your services again. And I have been loyal customer for 30 years.
