Original pickup location didn't have my rental and I was sent 20 minutes down the road to this location. This location is horrible. Was not open during started business hours. No one answered the phone. No help with rental as well as being clueless to why I was even there. Was charged $40 extra for insurance we never requested. This was the worst uHaul experience I have ever had.
