Location was supposed to be open until 9PM. Arrived before 5PM with truck but location was closed, gate was locked, and there was no place to park that felt safe due to proximity to the road and the size of the truck. No one answered the phone and the voicemail was shut off. Unable to use online self-checkout so I had to call general U-Haul help line (was on hold for 30 minutes!) to check in truck. The next day the staff at this location read the gas meter incorrectly and charged me a fuel fee, and after calling to dispute it they checked the fuel level again and apologized about the incorrect reading and insisted they were going to refund that fee, but I have yet to see the refund.

Confused where to drop off key.I dropped off the truck on a Saturday at 3:30 pm and they charged me until Monday at 4:31 pm.Couldn't do anything about it because my Discover card was on file and was charged after I left the premises.Will not use uhaul again if this drop off place is involved.

Understand that when someone is moving, it is a stressful moment. Work on not adding to the stress by making sure that the charges are properly calculated and that their finances are protected. My wife and I lost our first night of sleep in our new home thinking that our Amex info was hacked. Don't disappoint your longtime customers.
