My pick up was scheduled for 3pm knowing that the location close at 4pm. Driving over 90min to get there at 3:28pm. Location was closed. Keep calling and leaving messages no respond. Trying to use the app was also a bad experience. It takes forever to download my driver license. But won’t get my DOB correct. Luckily I was able to get help over the phone with a very nice and professional lady that got me access to the safe box to get the key. Waisted about 2 hours before I got the truck.
