The truck was dirty and the gas was at 1/4 when we got the truck. We ended up paying 40.00 more to fill the tank after we returned it clean and at a 1/2 tank of gas. We had no idea it was supposed to be at 3/4 when we were given the keys. When we returned the uhaul we had a hard time using the mobile return on my phone and had to have an employee help us. The original charge is still on my card and I have yet to be billed for the end price and refunded the miles I didn't use. Most terrible experience with a uhaul place and truck my family has ever had!LYNDA G.

Inspect and clean the truck! My truck was filthy when I picked it up. The pick up process took about 45 minutes, too. Everyone in line to pickup was complaining about the dirty trucks and poor service.Catherine C.
The vehicle and location changed. The system was down upon arrival delaying me 45 minutes. I reserved for 6 hours but the location said it had to be back in 4. Before 1 pm. I was told I would get an email copy of my contract and I didn't. I haven't seen the invoice. Overall the experience was substandard. Also the reservation process and phone system was not good. I couldn't confirm and finale step 3 because I didn't receive a confirmation code so I called the phone line which said call back later. Then ended up trying to book it on my phone and it confirmed the wrong location over an hour away and finally got a call saying the first attempt was successful and I was double booked.Stephen H.
overall its good .the covid 19 issue makes waiting 6 feet apart difficult.But its a small building so it was fine had to wait as many people wanted uhauls I'm very patient so the 20 min delay was tolerableMATTHEW D.

When I rented the uhaul, it had no blinkers, or back lights I spent half of my day driving to a repair shop to have new wiring put in and was charged to damn much, I would like my money backDebra S.
