Gas was listed as 15/16 tank but was at 3/4. I still have to pay for 15/16 to avoid charges. The location said “see attendant inside for key,” but there was no building. There were lock boxes but no combination was given. Had to call customer service who had to look into the issue.

The lady gave us false info. She said we could leave in Boaz and save money. Called Uhaul and got run around from Noah and Angela. Noah sent me to Angela and she sent me to a message call. First time using will not do so again. 268.00 for bad service
