The location was good and friendly. The online service definitely was not. I was charged 4X the advertising amount for a 1 day rental.
Brent IHad a problem with picking it up on the initial time of 10 am. I drove 15 mins to be told the truck that I was supposed to have was still being loaded in Toronto. The agent there was quick to find another truck and she did a AWSOME job in accommodating me with another truck a few hrs later. Uhaul should have contacted me before I wasted the drive for the original truck.
Perry LCheck the fuel level. In the computer system it indicated that the fuel tank was full but during a visual check it was noticed that the fuel tank was only half full
dave DThere wasn't anybody there when I dropped it off. I tried inn Grandfalls Winsor Nl. but he suggested I drive it to Bishop Falls as they had no vehicles on their lot.Which caused me to be charged an extra day even though he had spoke to person in charge there and advised her that I would be there in about half an hour
