Truck was dirty but fine and served its purpose. However, the guy that rented to me was a total jerk. He spoke very rudely and treated me as if I were very stupid. I will never return nor will I tell anyone to choose this location. Not impressed at all with the guys lack of customer service.

This location was just drop off the trailer and check it in online. It was a Sunday so no one to help. The location was somewhat hidden. However, the online check in was easy.

The owner/employee who helped us (Marc) was confused about what I had already paid - he said it the confusion was due to new software. He did minimal equipment tutorial and was sarcastic and curt when my girlfriend asked for further instruction. Otherwise equipment was great And the location was convenient.

It was hard to find. There was no one there at first. I asked if there was anything they needed like to see my receipt and he said no. So I left the trailer and went home. I also asked if I could get a return because I did not use the two packages of pads and he said no. Now I got a Bill charging me for some pads. What can I do?

Reservation was made one month prior at the Fairview Boise UHaul location but the day of pick up there was no truck or reservation. Was sent to Fleet Repeat to get a truck from them. Once again there was no truck. Unexpectedly, a truck did arrive about 10 minutes later. At 4:15 when moving was completed, no one was at Fleet Repeat to check in the truck. Wrote down the mileage and saw it was LESS than the original starting mileage listed on the contract. 275 miles LESS! Finally was charged for driving 39 miles when in fact only drove 28.5 miles! After Fleet Repeat realized his mistake, a correction was made; however "Joe" representing UHaul was a complete disaster.

Drop off was a joke. Arrived in the middle of the day and no one was around and doors were locked. Called the number on the window and no answer. The place is dirty, no signs with instructions, only a drop box. And a $20 cleaning fee? There was nothing to clean out. I am very unhappy with the drop off and would never drop there again. Uhaul was fine but the drop off was a big disappointment. If I thought it was worth my time I would challenge the cleaning, etc.. Bad experience.

Don't know. I'm done with uhaul. Third time your system sent me to strange places to try to find a dealer, instead of sending me to the dealer I made the reservation with. Wasted hours of my time and gas, and this time the trailer was not in good shape. Plenty of rental outfits out there - do not need my time wasted by a central computer and operators who do not know the country, or how to read maps.

I left the trailer in the open field. Anyone can steal and I have to pay for that finally.

The truck itself didn't have places to use tie down straps for my Harley Davidson Trike. I would like to see more places to use tie down straps. Truck was hard to steer-pulled to the right. When I had my accident hitting a deer, it veered to the right more.
