Drop off was a joke. Arrived in the middle of the day and no one was around and doors were locked. Called the number on the window and no answer. The place is dirty, no signs with instructions, only a drop box. And a $20 cleaning fee? There was nothing to clean out. I am very unhappy with the drop off and would never drop there again. Uhaul was fine but the drop off was a big disappointment. If I thought it was worth my time I would challenge the cleaning, etc.. Bad experience.

Don't know. I'm done with uhaul. Third time your system sent me to strange places to try to find a dealer, instead of sending me to the dealer I made the reservation with. Wasted hours of my time and gas, and this time the trailer was not in good shape. Plenty of rental outfits out there - do not need my time wasted by a central computer and operators who do not know the country, or how to read maps.

I left the trailer in the open field. Anyone can steal and I have to pay for that finally.

The truck itself didn't have places to use tie down straps for my Harley Davidson Trike. I would like to see more places to use tie down straps. Truck was hard to steer-pulled to the right. When I had my accident hitting a deer, it veered to the right more.

This business of sending people to pick up YOUR equipment is ridiculous. A reservation should be honored at the location you agree to rent equipment. People utilizing moving equipment are on tight schedules & being sent all over the countryside to pick up equipment makes a stressful time even worse!

Was supposed to pick up the uhaul Wednesday 4/12/17 should up at 430 to pick up the uhaul and no one was there. They closed shop early. I had to push my move back another two days because I had to go back the next day to pick up he uhaul and the computer system was down. So never got a hard copy of contract and was told that I only need to put 3/8th tank of gas in the truck because that what I received it at but when I returned the truck the contract which I never saw/received said I had to return it at 3/4 of a tank

I wasn't sure where the office was at. It wasn't too difficult since I could see all the U-Haul equipment. The nice part was lots of room in the parking lot to position my truck to hook onto the trailer.

Pickup location was changed by U-Haul to this smaller vendor. U-Haul provided additional days at no charge in appreciation to me for supporting the change. This particular U-Haul store is co-located with a small purified water business. Vehicle was a newer model 26' Ford (<18,000 mi) and it drove like a dream through snow, on icy roads, and in thick traffic. Fuel consumption averaged <8mpg (I so wish UHaul had diesel trucks!).

The truck was really beat up. We think they did that because it was a one way rental.
