The movers you supplied were extremely knowledgeable and very careful with my Possessions. They went the extra mile to make sure that my move was successful. I am hoping I don't have to move for the next 20 years. But if I do, your place be the 1st place I come to get help for a U-haul. Very unprofessional employees, didn't seem to know how to use the computer, took far too long from the time we arrived until we could leave with truck. We asked for a total bill with a receipt and were told they would send a email with the total, they didn't inspect the truck or check the mileage. Very bad experience, will not use this location again.richard K.
I have been charged wrong the reciept is unreadable. When trying to get reasons for billing charges I was dismissed by employee. I rented a truck got $19.98 a day got it for 2 days plus 100 miles @ $1.29 per mile. No insurance 1 dolly at $7.00 a day. Then I added I day no extra miles just the truck and dolly $19.98 plus $7.00. My charges are the same for both times, this is not right.MARGARET S.

I Reserved U-Haul online to save time and got an email stating it was ready for pick up and the time I picked which it was a 4:00 pm Friday 1/29. Got there and it wasn't anywhere ready I had to wait for a least 20 plus minutes for him to still hook up trailer to truck. He wasn't even able to back up truck to hook up trailer because he didn't know how to drive. The truck didn't have the gas it said it had in truck and sent picture when I picked it up but took it back with what it supposedly had in it.Michael R.
I have photos of millage and gas. I filled beyond my gas at pickup and yet was charged 13 and change to fill it. When responded with protest I received no communication. I feel ripped off and plan on telling everyone who will listenDavid C.

Gravel lot on a snowy/rainy day makes for a mess of a lot. They charged me extra for gas and miles. The area manager I think defected that from my bill however I received a Uhaul statement this morning that I was charged. I actually thought I was doing the lady a favor by giving up my 15 ft. rental. Then I was charged for driving extra miles and penalized for driving a less fuel efficient truck. The lady in the office was very nice and tried to help check us in in a timely manner; however, due to internet problems this took us approximately 45 minutes, rather than what should have been maybe a 10 minute process.
