Parking lot is not very big and was really tight to return a 26 foot truck. Location was not very clearly marked. Drove right past the location.

I was missing equipment and the location was completely covered in snow and the uhaul almost got stuck. I was beyond disgusted with uhaul. The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone however was absolutely amazing and the sweetest person ever.
MEGANELIZABETH BEverything. I was supposed to pick up my truck at a different location 50 miles away. You called the day before and didn’t have a truck. Once I take the extra hour drive I receive a phone call that the truck was somewhere else in a parking lot and that “I should get there before the cops have it towed” the location was closed because they went to a gun auction and the truck had damage from the previous driver causing the truck to be abandoned 3 blocks from the pick up location. I was told I wouldn’t be charged the extra mileage that it took to get the truck but on my final bill I still had to have someone change the my legs and make sure i wasn’t charged double the amount that was correct. I will rent a Penske truck from now on.
