It took almost an hour to complete the rental. There were charges for furniture pads and a dolly that I did not want. When I brought it up to the attendant, he assured me the charges would be taken off at return. They were not. I called UHaul and was told they would be refunded. They were not. My reservation was also changed 2 or 3 times by UHaul. I was told there would be a $50 credit to my account. It was not. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I was mislead multiple times by both the individual attendant and the UHaul representative I spoke with.
