The interior windows were obviously not cleaned between use, whomever used the truck beforehand had had a dog in the van that licked windows so it was hard to see through passenger and driver side windows when fogged up
Tina G.When I called you all to find out my drop off point they only gave me a physical address they did not give me the name of the company they did not tell me that they closed at 4:00 and were gated so I ended up using more gas and miles because I couldn't drop it off after 4:30 at my assigned return place and no one told me which means I didn't get my 24-hour a day return policy this was not the fault of the drop off location this was the fault of U-Haul International failing to give proper instructions
