they installed the hitch prior to my rental, and really messed me up by giving the totally wrong slide part, downward low riding one with hitch ball pre welded and coated, which ran way too low to safely haul a hitched 6x12 trailer , under 1" clearance from road surface when empty trailer was attached to empty vehicle. I have photos if you care to see.. when we brought that wrong part in, after replacing it with a slightly raised fitting, they refused refund of that component, stating used, not bought there, when sticker on it had their name, address, price on it.. only use was the trailer rental place trying to fit it on and me taking it 1 mile, empty

When you reserve something, that means you need to have correct equipment ready. That is why you make a reservation.

The didn’t day a word. Had a frown on his face the entire time like I had the nerve to make him do his job. Yanked the connections from my car and just dropped the hitch to the ground and walked away. I followed. He did say thank you for my business

I got charged for two days when i only had it for one day. I returned it roughly 45 minutes before it was due. Granted the store was close but i used the drop off and recorded the time. Employee failed to mention that if i rented it, it had to be back even earlier on a Sunday because they close much earlier. When he knew i wanted to return ut on time and the next day. He could told me if i were to return it after closing but before the 24 hour period it still counts as two days.

A walk around with the truck and trailer should've been done. No issues seen but the dash vent fell out before we even closed the doors and I went back in to get some help. Mgr? came out and quickly was able to fix it.

When a trailer is reserved it would be nice if it were actually there when the customer drives 100 miles to pick it up. Apparently there were supposed to be 2 of the type I reserved returned before I got there. One (the one I had to go to Havasu to pick up) was 3 days over due and nobody bothered to call the renter to find out why or when it would be brought back. They finally did at my instance only to find out that the person that reserved it let his son use it also. It would also be nice if the tire that had been plugged previously were reliable. After having to drive back to Lake Havasu City AZ (where I live) to pick up the trailer I reserved in Bullhead AZ because that's where it had been returned I came out to load it today and it had a flat tire. I luckily was able to fix it, but am concerned about the 350 mile drive I will be taking it on tomorrow.
