The customer service was great however, I selected AVERAGE because the location does not have wifi so it was difficult to obtain the verification number or upload my images.

RONDA K.Staff was very helpful in plugging in the trailer.
Brian P.Didn't know what they were doing, had to wait an hour for my reservation as the lady at the front had to call her boss because they couldn't get into the account. Then I had to go hook up my trailer by myself verify everything by myself. When I returned the trailer no one was there to help get the trailer off. Not easy there anyone there who could sign anything saying I returned the trailer and that it was in the same condition. I will defiantly be using another location next time.
