make sure the person that handles u haul trucks is present. I dropped off the truck at 10:35 with one of the macanic worker. the u haul dealer got there later that day and clocked the truck in at 1:30 and i was charged another day. I called u haul and they contacted them and gave me a refund. thanks u haul but no thanks to Thompson Enterprise

I rent a Uhaul often, it would be an asset to have more 15 foot trucks available to rent from here, maybe a discount for frequent users.
